Wow, I saw a really neat video and just had to share it with you.
Check it out:
Some days we just get stuck, and bogged down. Some days all you can do is smile and wait for someone to kindly remove your
butt from the hole you find it wedged into.
With our new house, Handsome and I have lots of room for a garden. I am so excited about this! When we lived
in Virginia, we had a huge garden and grew lots of homemade veggies. Well, Colorado has a much different climate than
VA, but I hope to replicate the garden we had back there. I love home-grown veggies.
Flowers, on the other hand, scare me. I'm just not great at growing them! But according to this quiz, my
personality is that of a snapdragon. Which, because this tag doesn't tell you, means that I'm a mischevious friend.
So, there!
OK, this is weird, but I ran across a website where you can upload your photo and it will show you who your celebrity look-alikes are.
This is me:
Um, yay for all the cutie hot ladies... but Owen Wilson? And the guy from Supernatural after he was Rory's boyfriend
in Gilmore Girls??

Who doesn't love to read? I LOVE to read. I found a neat site where I can share what I am reading with my nearest and dearest. Obviously, I like Stephen King. But the Sweet
Potato Queens are the best! I was sitting next to my husband on a plane reading one of their novels and I was laughing
out loud, hooting and hollering and the flight attendants would just come by and wink at me. Hee hee.
We get ourselves into these ruts because we're comfortable with where we are, even if we're not. Make sense? Like a habit
we're trying to break, we know it may not be good for us but it's easier to stick with the habit than make the change for
the better. It's about having that comfort zone. Stepping outside of that is so scary sometimes, it's almost not worth it.
Ah, but I'm on this quest to live my truth, and sometimes that throws me WAY outside of my comfort zone. Sometimes
I have to say things, setting limits and boundaries, clearing misconceptions, things that I cannot believe are coming out
of my mouth, just to be true and honest with myself. The Dalai Lama once said that Enlightenment didn't come easy,
and it's not a road lined with friends cheering you on, and you may even find it boring once you're there. So, at
least I was warned.
Do you remember your dreams?
On the rare occasion that I remember my dreams, I always wonder what in the heck they mean. I found this really cool
website that will give a general explanation of what your dreams mean. Of course, every dream is personal to the dreamer,
so take it all "with a grain of salt."
Type your dream's subject into the
box below and see what you're REALLY dreaming about!
